Charles H. Mott, CFA, CIC

Managing Director, was formerly Chairman of Baker, Weeks & Co., where he was also Director of Research from 1960 until it was acquired by Reynolds Securities in 1976, which later became Dean Witter Reynolds. Charlie held the position of Executive Vice President at both Reynolds and Dean Witter Reynolds. He joined John W. Bristol & Co. in June 1978 and served as the firm’s President through 2009. A graduate of Williams College, Charlie attended New York University Graduate School of Business Administration and is a CFA charterholder. He is an honorary trustee of the American Museum of Natural History, a trustee emeritus of Williams College, and a chairman emeritus of Berkshire Farm Center and Services for Youth. Charlie coordinates investment policy and fixed income strategy.
